Toby is the greatest. Always found time to answer our questions regarding the pros and cons of travel trailers versus RVs. Was extremely patient with our thousand and one questions. The service department also has amazing customer service. They treat you like family. We had bought a used RV and had no idea how to operate everything. The techs that RV City sent to complete warranty work on my trailer were professional, knowledgeable and worked to get the work completed as if it were new. I commend techs Dino and Scotty who did the latest repairs promptly and very professional. I also want to commend Tyler, the tech who repaired my island counter top. I called RV city a few weeks ago to have my propane tanks refilled and I told him I’d be there in about 20 minutes and when I got there, there was a man standing out there waiting for me taking him out seem like two seconds to take care of my needs and then when I went into the office to pay, the ladies in there were really nice and pleasant speaking and made my day I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I was gonna buy an RV or may a small thing is propane tanks Field that doesn’t happen every day - David from Bryant, AR

I had a propane hose that was split near the regulator. I went to a large dealer in Tucson, LMRV, and they gave me the runaround for weeks saying that they couldn't get the part through their dealer portals.. When I asked for a an estimate, it was 2-3 times what RV City charged. Not only was it cheaper, I drove in without an appointment, they put a tech on it nearly immediately while I was filling out the paperwork, answered my questions intelligently, and finished the job quickly. Everyone I spoke to was professional and knowledgeable and didn't treat me like they were doing me a favor, unlike the other dealer. This is the way that RV service, or any vehicle service, should be handled. The large dealers in Tucson could learn a thing or two from this service department. - Steve from Benson, AZ

They did a great job on my 2003 Volkswagen Camper Van. I had solar panels hooked up, stock inverter/converter upgraded (to a Progressive Dynamics PD9145ALV 12V45), the stock (and lame) Norcold refrigerator removed and replaced by a modern Vitrifrigo (VF-62) refrigerator, installed thermal insulation behind refrigerator, installed a Renogy DC to DC charger (recommended for lithium coach batteries), wired up a lithium coach battery, a MAXXAIR roof fan installed, and a host of minor wiring improvements completed as well as checking out the heating and propane system. The VF-62 was not designed for a VW camper (rather an 18-wheeler), but they made it work and it looks better than stock. The MAXXAIR fan was not designed for this VW and required customization as well.
Given that the vehicle was older and technology regarding electronics has greatly improved, it was not a pull and swap job, customization and crafting to complete these improvements was required. Mat and those who helped him did a great professional job. The fact that this was a 20-year-old VW (not designed for solar) did not faze Matt at all. In addition, the general manager Toby is very professional and will work to ensure that all work is completed as requested, which can be helpful in complicated cases or challenging situations.
If you need customization, solar install and wiring and installation of fans or appliances, as well as other RV related work, I highly recommended RV City.
