During a 7-week cross country trip, we were driving down the highway when we realized our roof membrane was ballooning near the front end of our camper. I saw we weren't too far from RV City and called to see if someone might be able to assess what had to be done. Though it was not long before closing time, Tyler hopped on to the roof right away and gave us a full report. He asked if we might be able to stay for the night- that they would hook us up to electric and water. We were shocked, but also SO grateful!

The next day, Dee and others in the office were so helpful with helping us navigate insurance claims and explaining timelines. Before deciding what to do, we talked to the owner about possibly trading in our camper for a different one, and after learning more about our situation he advised us to repair our current camper rather than go into further debt (what a good, honest person).

Tyler's repair job was excellent- the roof membrane actually looks better than it ever has. The roof repair had to cure, so we ended up staying at RV City for 3 days!! We were treated so kindly and it became our home away from home. We continued on with our trip and made it back to New York State safely after 49 days on the road. If not for RV City and Tyler's work, our trip would not have been possible. THANK YOU!!!!

What an awesome service department!!! Wonderful people and Dee is so wonderful. Everyone was so thoughtful and friendly. Was amazed how quickly they repaired our motor home.

My experience with the team during a stressful situation and the way the Newt and Lance provided guidance on how to rectify the situation and the confidence that they encouraged me to be able to do the job and with the assurance that if I the problem became too overwhelming still, they would be more than willing to assist. Lance went far beyond anything that I would expect of an employee that day and I am forever grateful. RV City has always impressed and as long as I am in the Sierra Vista area, they will have my business. I have visited a few times since this experience and another person that deserves mentioning for her extremely professional knowledge and experience is Dee. Once again, what a GREAT team that RV City has put together in the service/part department.
